Meet Felicia Martin – CEO & Founder
Felicia Martin is the CEO and Founder of Elite Closing Pro, LLC, a Texas-based company providing real estate transaction coordination, and mobile notary services. With over 30 years of leadership and real estate experience, a Texas real estate license, an Associate’s degree in Legal Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Felicia is dedicated to helping Realtors, brokers, and clients save time, stay compliant, and close deals with confidence.
After starting her career as a licensed real estate agent, I discovered that my true passion also lies in supporting fellow Realtors behind the scenes. As an active Realtor who stays current with market trends, industry changes, and compliance updates, I bring hands-on experience and insight to every task. I specialize in MLS and listing management, contract-to-close coordination, escrow and title support, compliance, and notary public services,— all designed to help busy real estate professionals streamline their workload and focus on their clients.
Felicia is known for her proactive, detail-oriented approach and has become a trusted partner for Texas Realtors seeking smooth, stress-free closings.
Outside of her business, Felicia is a proud mother of three. She enjoys traveling with her children, reading thriller novels, and visiting casinos. Now entering an exciting new chapter, she is focused on scaling her business and bringing transaction coordination, and notary services to even more clients across Texas and beyond.
