Felicia began her journey in real estate as a licensed agent, gaining two years of firsthand experience before identifying a growing need for dedicated transaction coordination. Her passion for organization and client support led her to launch Elite Closing Pro, where she now assists real estate professionals in Texas streamline their transactions with precision and care. Before entering the real estate world, Felicia spent 15 years as a dental office manager and held roles in admissions advising and retail management during her time in Chicago, amassing over 30 years of management expertise. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, reflecting her commitment to structured systems and ethical practices. Outside of her professional life, Felicia is a proud mother of three who enjoys traveling the world with her children, reading thriller novels, and unwinding at the casino.
